Upon signing a contract with Tavern on the Rail, we will apply an automatic credit of $1500 on the pricing of the rental.
ALSO
We would love to include free of charge the honeymoon suite for overnight stay after the wedding with a continental breakfast served the next morning in the Florida room.

Please note pricing is updated every January and prices are not final until a contract is signed.
We require a non-refundable 50% at contract signing. The balance is due 90 days before the event.
We also require a $500 rental deposit at contract signing which is refundable only after
inspection the next day.
We require that you purchase no less than $1 million dollars of event insurance for your event – this is approximately $150. This can be through your own insurance provider or through
www.theeventhelper.com. We require proof of this insurance no later than one month prior to your event.
Rules for Venue
Outside decorations are welcome - please no glitter, confetti, tacks, nails, staples
All decorations must be removed by closing of the event Any birdseed is used outside of the building
No flame candles, sparklers, or fireworks of any kind No pets
Any music, DJ, or Band must abide by Louisa county sound ordinances Any music or entertainment vendors must contact venue prior to event Venue use hours 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Music, dancing, outdoor activities concluded by 11:00 PM All outside decorations and belongings removed by 11:00 PM
